D.I.S.C ?
The personal profile test helped us to understand each type of leaders and also put ourselves into these four groups, and these groups are D.I.S.C. D means dominance group, the people who is in this group is emphasis is on shaping the environment by overcoming opposition to accomplish results. I means influence, and they are emphasis is on shaping the environment by influencing or persuading others. C means conscientiousness, they ae emphasis is on working conscientiously within existing circumstances to ensure quality and accuracy. S means steadiness, they are emphasis is on cooperating with others to carry out the task. After the test, I found out I am from C high S, which means I am towards conscientiousness and steadiness. I think this test is pretty accurate, because I know myself that I’m towards to these two groups. I do not really wish to be another group, but I really want to try to be a dominant leader or influence leader if I have a chance. I think it is very helpful to know our leader type, because it can help us to know more about ourselves and understand our strengths and weakness when we become the leader one day. These strengths and weakness can also help us to improve to interact with others and these will also help us with the social skills. This test is fun and also helpful at the same time. Hope everyone learn something from their leader type.

Base on the group project that I did with you in AIS class, I think that you are really a S type of person. You are a very good listener and you are very cooperate during our group project. Since we have to finish our AIS project in a very short amount of time, you are able to corporate well with me and other group memebers to get our project done in a short amount of time. You never late when we meet and you never reject to do anythings that our group memebers request you to do, therefore I think that you are really a S type of person.
I think you are those conscientiousness person. You always try your best to do whatever you need to do. And you also very responsible to the things that you need to do.
We have the same wish which is try to be a dominant leader or at least have a little bit of their strengths.
