Planning Process~~
We learned the planning process in our last class, and we also learned how to make a plan to achieve our goal. Compare the steps in the planning process to our planning of the eggs – cellent activity, I found out that we did a pretty good job even though our group’s egg breaks a little. Before we plan how to use the straws and the tapes, all the members in the group are trying to reach the goal by not breaking the egg and receive the 5 points for the next exam. By comparing to the step 1 on the planning process, we actually accomplish this step. The step 2 on the planning process, we did a pretty good job by separate the work to everyone, such as who wrote out the information on the paper, who cut the straws and getting the scissor, who is going to tape it, and who is going to drop the egg at the end. For the step 3 and step 4, we also did a nice job, because we plan out several ways to build up the model and make a discussion to see what everyone thinks about the model. After the discussion, we made an agreement to use which model, and we also choose 1 to 2 alternatives for the back up. For the last step, we did everything as we planned, but the result didn’t come out as we expect it. But I think we did a pretty good job, but the bad thing is that our egg crack a little on the top. Even though we didn’t accomplish the goal, but we learned how to make an effective planning to achieve the goal next time.

Problem
The management problem that I will be facing this semester is the group project and group presentation. From my previous experience that I always have difficulties work with the classmates. Probably is either because I do not have confidence to put my ideas into words and explain it to the group or I am afraid that my idea is not good enough to help the group to achieve a higher grade. This is the reason why I only speak out when it is necessary, and others probably think I am not a good group member. Therefore, this is the management problem that I have before and it is also a problem that I will be facing in this semester.
Even though I improved a lot by giving many group project and presentation in previous years, but this problem still bothers me at this point. Maybe one day I will solve this problem and will not be afraid the group project and presentation anymore.

Myself~
Hi to everyone who is visiting my blog at your free time. My name is Jason Lee, I am 20 years old and I am also a junior in Baruch College. I came to New York by myself right after I graduated from Elementary school and I was 12 years old at that time. I came from Taiwan but I am a U.S. citizens, the reason is because my parents were in New York and gave a birth to me and they brought me back to Taiwan when I was around 3 months old. So I was afraid to come to New York because I have to take airplane by myself and live with the relatives that I barely know in my childhood.
As times flied by, I am a college student and I already decide I am going for accounting for my major, and my goal is to finish up the bachelor degree then pass the CPA exam then maybe I will continue work for my MBA degree. But all these thoughts are just a plan, anything can happen in the future, but I will try my best to follow my plan. The thing I should worry about is to pass all my classes this semester with flying colors.
